1. How could I buy products if there is no price on the website?
Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail.
Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.
2. How long could I get reply of my enquiry?
Buyers will get a reply within 24 hours.
3. How is the after sales service?
Buyers updated market information regularly.
4. What are the terms of payments you offer?
Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging.
Payment of T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, cash etc. would be accepted.
5. How to apply refund?
Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not be available for a canceled order.
But a refund would back to you in time if we could not offer the products required, due to the shortage
6. What kind of transportation methods you offer?
A. For spare-parts, express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS would offer us very good discounts.
But if buyers provide their own accounts, freight paid by such accounts are also welcomed.
B. For goods with large package, transportation would be offered by air and sea, and freight with buyers’ prior delivery would be confirmed.
